Performance characteristics

★ Excellent low-temperature performance: Strict pour point and U-shaped tube flowability indicators can ensure that the oil will not condense in the low-temperature components of the freezer, such as the evaporator, meeting the free conversion requirements of the freezer from the high-temperature working area to the low-temperature working area;

★ Excellent oxidation stability: DRA series refrigeration oil is matched with an appropriate amount of antioxidant additives, which have better antioxidant properties and effectively extend the oil change period of the refrigeration unit;

★ Suitable refining depth: Ensure that the oil does not accumulate carbon or cause pipeline blockage in high-temperature areas such as valves;

★ Good Cleanliness: The oil is transparent and pure, which has a cleaning effect on working parts and can effectively prevent the occurrence of impurities particles rubbing against the surface of the bearing.

★The DRA/B series refrigeration oil also has good chemical stability: it ensures the stability of the oil when coexisting with Freon refrigerants, greatly reducing the occurrence of refrigerant decomposition, compression component corrosion, and other phenomena.

Matters needing attention

★The DRA series refrigeration oil should be carefully cleaned and inspected during transportation before being put into use, including containers, oil tanks, pipelines, valves, etc.

★Containers must be kept clean, away from light, and stored indoors or in a controlled climate environment as much as possible.

★The storage container must be waterproof, moisture-proof, and prevent mechanical impurities from entering.

★During transportation, there must be clear markings to avoid confusion with other petroleum products.

★ Do not come into direct contact with the skin during use. If accidentally contaminated, promptly remove with soap and water, and wipe dry with a tissue.

★Due to the different performance of base oils, this series of products cannot be mixed with other refrigeration oil products for use.
